As foreign tourists, we loved the historical charm of the building, with its industrial architecture and beautiful arches, buttresses, and domes. The overgrown vines, especially in the restaurant, added to the enchanting atmosphere. The gardens were a paradise, teeming with birds, lizards, and butterflies. Our junior suite with its 4-poster king bed was beautifully furnished with wooden and wrought iron pieces, exuding a sense of elegance. The patio and spacious interior provided ample space to relax and work. The in-room amenities, such as the complimentary bottles of water and coffee, were a thoughtful touch. The staff treated us with respect and provided attentive and courteous service.
Felt so welcome, no complaints at all.

The historical building dates back to 1542, used to be a sugar cane mill. Industrial architecture with arches, domes, and overgrown vines. Lush gardens teeming with birds, lizards, and butterflies. Rustic junior suite with a 4-poster bed and antique furniture. Strong WiFi everywhere.

I recently stayed at this amazing historical hotel for a week-long vacation. The architecture is a perfect blend of old and new, with arches, buttresses, and domes. The gardens are lush and teeming with wildlife. My spacious junior suite had a beautiful 4-poster king bed and antique furniture. The staff was attentive and respectful, especially as a solo female traveler. The WiFi signal was strong throughout the property. The hotel restaurant offered unique and delicious dishes, like sangria and cheese fondue with chorizo sausage. it was a beautiful and fascinating place to stay.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The staff was attentive and respectful, making me feel comfortable as a solo female traveler. My wife and I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in Cuernavaca for a wedding, and we were amazed by the stunning set-up and atmosphere. The Hacienda was truly a dream location, with its gorgeous surroundings and immaculate grounds. The food at the wedding was traditional Mexican gourmet, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we even treated ourselves to relaxing massages at the spa. We hired a taxi to explore the area, which was a great way to see the sights. we had a lovely visit and would highly recommend this hotel.
Drawbacks: The only downside was that there were instances of theft at the hotel during our stay, as our blackberry was stolen from our room and our friends' wallets were also taken. Additionally, there were some noise disturbances, particularly during the early morning hours.

Breathtaking gardens, rich history, spacious clean rooms, stunning valley views, lush and vibrant surroundings.
Was all great.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the urban area, in an area that used to be "in the country" but has been surrounded by urban sprawl. The rooms are well-appointed, with simple but expressive decor that reflects the history of the hotel. The staff is pleasant and cooperative, always willing to help. The grounds of the hotel are outstanding, with beautiful gardens and a pool with columns.
One negative aspect is that food and drink cannot be taken into the hacienda.
